Estimated
Project Value: $800,000
Berard Martel
Architecture, Inc. was obtained to design a new exterior facade
and interior renovation for a former telephone company corporate
facility on Elm Street in Manchester, NH. The material used on the
exterior of the building was Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS)
which replaced fading yellow bricks. The original windows were removed
and in their place are rows of tinted strip windows. The interior
lobby saw major upgrades with dark mahogany finishes, brass and
glass doors, trims and accents. Finally, the buildings main elevator
was renovated in keeping pace with the whole facility design. The
building's appearance adds to the professional character that Elm
Street has been striving for over the past few years. The structure,
once vacant, now houses Bedford Counseling Associates, Elliot Hospital
and Granite Systems. Berard Martel Architecture, Inc. has provided
individual tenant fit-up services for these tenants.
