The facility is a nationally recognized, dog exclusive day/training facility also offering ancillary care and grooming services to the dog owning general public.

The project came to us by others and requiring onerous building code compliance site and structure assemblies. In a cooperative C.M. delivery process we reclassified and redesigned the spaces to reflect correct building code compliance, reduce redundant equipment loads and sitework costs and streamline the flow of canines and their masters. The highly successful facility opened in summer 2002.
