The substantial addition doubled the existing rooms and suites and added seminar/hospitality areas that expand wedding and function services. The grounds are heavily land/hardscaped to complete the customer experience.

Design integration with Best Western Corporate standards/conventions were exceeded in finish and furnishing quality selections. The overall success of the completed facility and the view of it by Best Western Corporate netted two awards, 2001 and 2002 for the top-rated facility in the United States.
