Berard Martel Architecture, Inc. designed a new senior center facility for the City of Claremont, New Hampshire. The 10,000 s.f. building offers local seniors the opportunity to remain active and social. The facility is equipped with a large multi-purpose space, craft and computer rooms, a TV/library room, a craft store to sell the seniors wares, multiple offices and a conference space. The building offers a complete commercial kitchen that will support the center as well as the local meals on wheels program. The exterior of the building will blends in with the surrounding community as it is designed with colonial trim accents and gables. The Claremont Senior Center completed construction in November 2000.
