A combination warehouse/display facility with open office areas. This hybrid steel membrane and structural steel building was assembled to meet tight budget, timeline and site configuration requirements.

The exterior finishes respond to Project Program requirements that the building provide curb appeal without cost-adds and the heavy shipping activity be hidden from the surroundings. Interior showrooms and customer hospitality areas complete the area uses in this multi-use retail/wholesale/distribution facility.
