This single tenant building located at the Pease International Tradeport was designed to provide its inhabitants with a complete work environment and amenities including a state-of-the-art health club, full staff kitchen, onsite daycare facilities and numerous corporate offices and research and development suites. The facility layout was configured to meet the operational needs of the tenant. This project received the 2003 Award of Excellence from the Association of Builders and Contractors.

In 2008, the original tenant vacated and the facility was reconfigured for the new tenant, a federal agency.
