Berard Martel Architecture, Inc. has designed a new medical office facility for Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc., a Bedford, New Hampshire based real estate and development firm. The tenant for the building, Medical Group of Manchester, is a general practice organization affiliated with Catholic Medical Center also in Manchester, New Hampshire. The construction manager for the project, John B. Sullivan, Jr. Corp., retained the design services of our firm knowing we would design a facility that is sensitive to surrounding architecture. The brick exterior facility compliments abutting office and medical facilities and meets the aesthetic needs of the community. The building was completed in December 2000.
