Derry Medical Arts Facility
Derry, New Hampshire

Project Size: 80,000 s.f.               Estimated Project Value: $ 12,000,000.

The state-of-the-art outpatient facility was fully tenanted during design and the construction delivery was a fast-track C.M. method with a close relationship between owners, contractor and design team.

Assemblies and finishes are selected to meet stringent budget, fabrication and green-design criteria. The philosophical focus is on patient comfort, way-finding and quality-of-care solutions enabled by the flow-of-work efficiency of the facility.

Construction was completed in May of 2004.
