Proposed dental facility.

This Project Program was driven by a tiny but significant site (resulting in the elevating of the building over the parking), the clients' wish for a 'signature' building answering to modernist design criteria and a floorplan-driven, highly efficient dental care facility suited to a large partnership practice.

Though the use of organic materials (stone, copper, wood) efforts were made to provide a complimentary gesture to the adjacent historically significant zone (large Victorian residencies/offices).

The project was never constructed as it failed planning board approval due to vociferous objections by the adjoining historic zone building owners.
