This complex of federal offices is located at the Hampshire Plaza on Elm Street in Manchester. The project included a number of government offices as well as lobbies, security and common areas. They were designed to meet all the criteria brought forward by the GSA and responded to the unique project program requirements of each department. The 80,000 SF project includes a variety of agencies and offices including General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. Small Business Administration, U.S. Trustees, U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, U.S. Veterans Administration, and the U.S. Marshalls Office. Interior design included high-technology applications for security and monitoring, communications, audio-visual assemblies and environmental controls.
