Dartmouth Commons, a Catholic Medical Center outpatient clinic, is a 10,000 SF multi-tenant facility that is sited in a colonial themed park. This design has modern design details integrated to create a distinction between it and the other adjacent buildings and to project a contemporary attitude to the approaching customers.

The construction was a 'fast-track' delivery meeting the hospital's timeline commitments regarding equipment purchases, doctor/nurse hires and patient programs.
