Indian Brook Medical is a 108,000 SF outpatient medical facility designed to meet high performance energy-use standards. The building, located on the Wentworth Douglass Hospital grounds, is complimentary in design to the existing campus buildings' theme. The project includes a hospital installation as well as a number of doctors suites.

Exterior and interior common area finishes were selected for durability and sustainable standards in mind.

Drive under parking, site drainage and planting strategies were designed to minimize the site impact and impervious surface areas.
