This project was a renovation of an existing Hanover Street building that was originally constructed for occupancy as a bank. This 10,000 SF Chicago steakhouse style bar and eatery is located in Manchester, NH.

With the client's request for an elegant and unique fine-dining experience, the renovated space provides seating for approximately 220 patrons and features 3 private dining rooms as well as a sophisticated cocktail bar.

The theme was established with collaboration with a restaurant specialist, Neimitz Design Group of Boston, Massachusetts. With the collective design team and the visions of the owner, this renovation certainly succeeded in its task of adding an elegant touch to a classic Chicago steakhouse.
