Berard Martel designed this 35,000 SF ice hockey rink facility off Route 3A in Hooksett, New Hampshire. The single rink facility offers concessions, four locker rooms, a handicap accessible elevator and a second story mezzanine with seating for 450 visitors. The construction of the pre-engineered metal building was completed in December 2000. The NH facility was a design/build effort with Kelly Construction heading the team as the construction manager. This facility is in demand 'around-the-clock' and is the practice rink for the Manchester AA hockey team, the Manchester Monarchs.
