The client’s need for a redistribution location for Sam’s Club merchandise was satisfied with this blend of a pre-engineered steel storage/warehouse and a conventionally built steel structure for office use.

The use of this 30,000 SF warehouse space includes short term storage and heavy forklift circulation. A sloping site allowed one side of the building to be loading dock compliant while another side featured drive-in access. A minimum of 40 overhead doors provides immediate access for the fleet of trucks servicing this building.
