This 3000 SF project comprised an expansion of the Bedford Village Inn's restaurant and lobby space. For the second time in as many years, the Inn was in need of spatial expansion. The two issues that were addressed with this project concerned the need for more dining and meeting space as well as the desire to reconfigure the main lobby entrance to the restaurant. The multifunction 'convertable bar' of the restaurant was added onto the 2nd floor. The versatility of the space allows for more conventional meeting/conference space or high-end fine dining. Special attention was given to design features such as the raised wood panels throughout the space, a hand-painted tile fireplace and an opening bar.
