The new corporate headquarters for Sullivan Construction in Bedford was awarded LEED Platinum Designation in the course of complete renovation of the existing farm buildings and replication of the property's colonial roots. Building shell assemblies, interior finishes, shop-built reception/work stations and equipment controls all comply with the LEED Platinum criteria.
