The focus of this smart growth project is to revitalize a part of the downtown with a new mixed used development. The mix would include retail and food/dining, residential apartments, office space and parking including both covered garage and on grade spaces.

Access to the site was organized to use existing routes into and through the multi-lot site. Building masses are located to maximize solar exposure to the apartments, office space and neighbors. The retail portions are located with other, existing retail concerns.
