This resort is intended to be the flagship location for New England's largest and most successful timeshare company. InnSeasons Resorts requested we provide options on how to locate 170 suites, indoor/outdoor pools, ski lift and many other common amenities on land that abuts the main downtown street in the front and the Pemigewasset River at the back of the site. An early priority of the land planning was easy and recognizable access to the main entry. The winning scheme provides the developer with an ability to phase the project, which is key to allowing development to occur as sales progress over time. Visually, the scheme also mimics the ski mountain in the background with an undualting mass and roof ridge height. At the town's approval hearing, the final scheme was complemented by the town's master plan author for its "fulfillment of the village district's goal for a traditional grand New England building."
