This high visibility gateway building was designed to provide speculative office space within easy access of Route 93. Usual approaches to site planning shows parking in the flront of the building; our alternate approach reverses this design. Parking is placed at the rear, and all on one level for this sloping site. Pedestrian access was imrpoved while the visual appeal of the entire site was enhanced. Situated at the corner of two major streets, this scheme offered a welcoming view to visitors and tenants alike. It includes an elegant central tower with two flanking wings."
