Our charge on this new mixed use community was to provide architectural design for many different building types. These included a grocery store, car dealership, senior congregate housing, office park and a 48 unit neighborhood. A common architectural theme was requested to exhibit the client's desire for a cohesive development. Thus all the buidlings share similar scale of massing and finish materials. In general, a New England architecture theme was determined to be most succssful for this development. Although some buildings may be too large for a complete sloped roof, portions of these structures were designed with gables and shed roof forms to integrate their appearance into the overall project.
