These luxury adult condominiums (55 and over) respond to the needs of local families wanting to stay in the area but who want to vacate the large lakehouse. Designed on a zero-setback lot in the center of Wolfeboro village, the single floor units are stair/elevator serviced to each two-car garage that then leads to a cloistered courtyard. The project program also calculates the positive economic impact to surrounding merchants, night-time life and enhanced public safety.

The permitting process included public workshops and significant municipal engagement to secure unanimous approvals. The buildings are designed to blend in with the local vernacular architecture, take advantage of the water views and reinforce privacy with the adjacent neighborhood.
