SERVICES OFFERED:

Existing Conditions Inventory:   Secure all pertinent information relative to existing building assemblies and relevant infrastructure.

Master Planning:   Overall site / complete facility expansion, phasing, feasibility studies or layouts. Providing input to civil engineers during initial site layout design including multi-building projects and phased planned unit developments.

Project Programming / Facility Feasibility:   Analysis of the client's intended layout and design, material usage, cost estimation support and scheduling, and construction delivery selection. Also included would be due diligence reports and feasibility studies.

Green Design:   Adhering to accepted standard such as Energy Star, LEED and Ashrae. We will address any level of green construction criteria.

Agency / Permit Support:   Provide initial design concepts and renderings that support project advancement at municipal meetings and hearings. Assist civil engineers and real estate professionals.

Process Engineering:   Review and analyze existing and project facility processes and support requirements.

Interior Design:   Provide complete interior design services including specification and sourcing for finishes, way-finding elements, specialty equipment and furnishings.

Ancillary Services:   Specification support for franchise operations, tenant agreements, lifecycle costing, project financing and governmental applications (HUD, historic compliance, etc.) We can arrange consultants for specialty services such as acoustics or lighting design / engineering. Co-venturing situations are also available when a project needs specialized design services, geographic location limitations, project volume requirements and governmental or jurisdiction issues.
