This grand resort has been designed to include condominium and hotel suites, providing guests with multiple accommodation choices such as, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites including lock-out suites and penthouses. The resort will also offer its guests an assortment of the best luxury amenities, including retail shops, restaurants, spa facilities, a theatre and museum. The new base lodge will also offer guest a direct ski lift to the summit.

Encompassing the luxury amenities and accommodations provided, is the exceptional exterior design of the resort. The owner wished to create a look and feel that directly resembled the historical resorts that originally inhabited Northern New Hampshire, featuring a Victorian design and the classic New England red roof.
