Berard Martel Architecture, Inc. was retained to design this v-shaped, two-story office building for it’s primary tenant and owner Verani Prudential. The building layout responds to the challenge of a difficult site, restricted in development by wetlands, easements and parking requirements. Several locations were selected as future entrances, allowing for a subdivision of space to later occur. This two-story building features brick gables, granite lintels, metal sloping roofs and a main entrance leading into a vaulted ceiling.
