Directions:

From the North: 293 South. Follow to Exit Route 101 West, Bedford, stay to the right.  Take the exit for rout 101 West, Bedford.  Stay in the right lane off highway at second set of lights take left onto Route 3 heading South.  After, the overpass, go straight through the light, we are the fourth building on the right, 170 South River Road, Bedford Court I and II.  Go to the rear of the building.  Our entrance is on the backside of the front building, upstairs.

From the South: (Eastern, MA): 93 North to Route 101 West. Follow approximately 3 miles to Route 3 exit. (Do not confuse this exit with the Everett Turnpike exit, which is for Nashua. That exit will clearly say Toll Road, DO NOT TAKE this exit, take the next one, which immediately follows.)  Stay to the right on the off ramp and take a left at the third set of lights, head south on Route 3. After the overpass, we are the 4^th building on the right, 170 South River Road, Bedford Court.  Go to the rear of the building. Our entrance is on the backside of the building; we are on the second floor. 

From the South (Western, MA/NH): Everett Turnpike/Route 3 to 101 West/Bedford exit.  Briefly stay on Route 101 to the second exit, Route 3, Bedford.  (The first exit will put you back onto the Everett Turnpike heading South.) Stay to the right on the off ramp and take a left at the second set of lights, head south on Route 3. After the overpass, we are the 4^th building on the right, 170 South River Road, Bedford Court. Our entrance is on the rear of the building; we are on the second floor.

From the East: Route 101 West to 93 South. Exit Route 101 West to the right.  Follow approximately 3 miles (past Mall of NH on left) to Route 3 Exit.  Go by this exit with the Everett  Turnpike exit which is for Nashua.  That exit will clearly say Toll Road, DO NOT take this exit take the next one. Stay to the right on the off ramp (long circuit) and take a right at the third set of lights, head south on Route 3. After the overpass (overhead), we are the 4^th building on the right, 170 South River Road, Bedford Court.  Our entrance is on the rear of the building; we are on the second floor.

From the West: (Route 101 or Route 101A): A the set of lights that intersect Route 101 and Route 114, take a right, continuing on Route 101 East. Take the first exit, Route 3, (also refers to Meetinghouse Road). At lights take a left. At next light take a right. After turning onto South River Road, we are the 4^th building on the right, 170 South River Road, Bedford Court.  Go to the rear of the building. Our entrance is on the rear of the building; we are on the second floor.
