Lee M. Berard, Principal/Owner

Lee’s experience, spanning over 20 years, combines his creative design capabilities with project management and owner representation activities.  As acting Principal/Owner of Berard Martel Architecture, Inc., Lee is a strong advocate for sound client relations, understanding their needs and wants, and providing the leadership to get the project done. 

Lee has tremendous graphic presentation talent.  He is able to create design concepts that prove successful with approving agencies and municipalities.  Lee’s role in pre-construction activities, both as a team organizer and negotiator, has been beneficial to a project’s success.

Before establishing Lee M. Berard + Consultants, Inc. in 1995, Lee served as acting Principal/Owner of Team Design in Londonderry, NH.  In 1999, Lee M. Berard + Consultants, Inc. changed its company name to recognize the partnership of Rob Martel, AIA, NCARB.

Lee is actively involved with several professional associations including PlanNH, NH CIBOR, the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the High Tech Council of New Hampshire, and the New Hampshire Hospitality and Lodging Association.
