Berard Martel Architecture, Inc. prides itself in offering architectural services relating to new construction, renovation, rehabilitation, adaptive re-use, tenant fit-up, space build-out, master planning and feasibility studies. Also included in our list of professional services are:

• Existing Conditions Inventory: Secure all pertinent information relative to building assemblies and relevant municipal permits.

• Masterplanning: Overall site/complete facility expansion, phasing, feasibility studies or layouts. Providing input to Civil Engineers during initial site layout design will maximize the project assets.

• Project Program Development: Analysis of spatial layout and design, material usage, cost estimation support and scheduling, and construction delivery method. Also included would be due diligence reports and feasibility studies.

• Agency/Permit Support: Provide initial design concepts and renderings that support project advancement at municipal meetings and hearings.

• Process Engineering: Review and analyze existing and projected facility conditions and processes.

• Interior Design: Provide specification and sourcing for finishes, furnishings and way-finding elements.

• Ancillary Services: Specification support for franchise operations, tenant agreements, lifecycle costing, project financing and governmental applications (HUD, Historic Compliance, etc.).

We can arrange consultants for specialty services such as acoustics or lighting design/engineering. Co-venturing situations are also possible when a project has specialized design services, geographic location limitations, project volume requirements and governmental or jurisdiction issues.
