The design of this proposed building addresses a number of issues for the owner. Placed prominently on the most visible corner of the lot fronting two streets, this Class-A office building becomes both a gateway to much of West Salem's office and commercial district. The building is intended to house as many as twenty or more tenants, or a single occupant. A small coffee shop and deli located on the main floor also provides an opportunity for tenants to conduct business outside the office.
