Designed and built for its first tenant, the approximately 130,00 SF facility was later fitted up for its current tenant, the US Dept. of State/Passport Center. With our interior design partners and sourcing agents we met the high-grade institutional criteria the government required. 

To that end, our design provided for a state-of-the-art health club, full staff kitchen, onsite daycare facilities and research and development suites. 

The project received the 2003 Award of Excellence from the Association of Builders and Contractors.
