On June 2, 2021, the West Running Brook Development team went before the Derry, NH Planning Board to discuss this exciting mixed-use community opportunity.
The design for West Running Brook Village features a 4-story, 96-unit apartment building with parking underneath. The design for the development also includes townhouse style condominiums, a commercial building, retail space for multiple tenants, and the opportunity for a restaurant, drive-thru or bank.
