With a move into the pre-existing 200,000 SF existing factory building, Berard Martel provided renovations and utility work, along with a new corporate office building addition. The finishes, lobby spaces, building technology, and interior design answered Summit's Project Program that described the need to demonstrate all company attributes to their visiting global customer base.
