On Friday, November 14th, Principals Lee Berard and Rob Martel took part in the official ground breaking ceremony for the Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain. Lee and Rob joined the principals from InnsSeason Resorts- William E. “Billy“ Curran, CEO, and Dennis M. Ducharme, RRP, president - as well as other consultants and dozens of well-wishers for the traditional ceremony which was held on the grounds of the already under-construction Phase I of the project.
