Approximately 12 buildings and extensive outside hardscaping making safe passage and recreational zones. Embracing the stay-work-play experience, a "walk and bike" connects to the newly constructed West Running Brook Middle School where 800 students are enrolled.

A new adjacent playground with splashpad, table areas and park public building with food/provisions, brewpub and other complementary offerings - all part of the plan to make West Running Brook an example of vibrant mixed-use neighborhood living in New Hampshire.
